^{Born in Michigan, Christina's life took a significant turn when her family moved to Ketchikan when she was young. After graduating from Ketchikan High School, she ventured south for college, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. This education laid the groundwork for her future endeavors, equipping her with a keen eye for design and a comprehensive understanding of spatial aesthetics and functionality.}

^{Christina's career began on the East Coast, where she immersed herself in the world of residential, commercial, and contract design, with a particular focus on the hospitality industry. Working with hotels and restaurants, she developed a nuanced understanding of how space and design influence business This experience proved invaluable, offering her the know-how to assist business clients in envisioning, selecting, negotiating, and purchasing new investment properties and residential clients to envision and select their new home.}

^{Family, specifically her beloved daughter Tressa’s love of Ketchikan, brought her back to its magnificent scenery and people.  She had the opportunity to work with many wonderful people as she fulfilled her other professional interests and gained experience and knowledge in the vast field of computer technology.}

^{Once again family changed her course, not to leave Ketchikan but to re-ignite her creativity and passion for real estate.  Combining the talents and experience of her family members, they formed Towne Enterprises LLC and began purchasing, remodeling and building properties they sell or retain for income property (including long term and short term vacation rentals in our hospitality market).
